In 1356, Dr. Abdul Hamid Akbari Nasab and in 1363 Dr. Hossein Farhidpour worked in this department until their retirement in 1381. After the retirement of Dr. Khalasi in 1370, Dr. Pirouz Farhoud became the head of the department. In 1372, Dr. Salahuddin Delshad, in 1379, Dr. Seyed Javad Nasiri, and in 1384, Dr. Fariba Jahangiri also joined the colleagues of this department. The pediatric surgery department of Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) is the referral center for many patients from all over the country and is used in surgeries for sexual ambiguity, faecal and urinary incontinence, exstrophy of the bladder, fundoplication, hypospadias, brain tumor surgery, spinal disorders, congenital abnormalities of the brain and spine. , hydrocephalus surgery (endoscopic and shunt), skull deformity surgery (craniosynostosis) and many complex pediatric surgeries have become famous. The anesthesiologists were Dr. Hanri Avanszadeh, Mohammad Ali Yazdanjo, and Mohammad Tamdan Rostgar. After their retirement, Dr. Reza Salehi is the head of the anesthesia department, and the other anesthesiologists are Dr. Emami and Dr. Farahmand.
